Dave Lehmann represents veterans nationwide to make sure the VA gives disabled veterans what they deserve. Dave believes that after veterans serve their country, the VA should serve them.
Dave helps his clients achieve service-connection and increased ratings for his clients. He is dedicated to helping veterans cut through the administrative red tape to ensure the VA gives them the benefits that they earned through their service.
With years of experience, Dave specializes in PTSD and military sexual trauma claims. His thorough research of claims files, open-source materials, and the national archives helps his clients prove to the VA that their stressors happened.
Dave attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where he was very active in the Kansas City community. When he wasn’t teaching business law to undergraduates, he was in court defending children involved in the legal system.
After law school, Dave served as a judicial law clerk for Hon. James Vano and Hon. Kevin Moriarty in the 10th Judicial District of Kansas. In 2017, Dave began representing Veterans before the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Board of Veterans Appeals.
When Dave isn’t in the office, he enjoys his time with his family in Charleston, South Carolina. He also spends his free time writing about foreign affairs and the intelligence community.
